One on One Lessons- An intense lesson that works on what you need to work on!
Are you getting ready for a fight (Boxing, Kickboxing, or MMA)? Trying to loose some weight for a wedding, or trying to shed off those extra holiday pounds? Do you want to learn to protect yourself & your loved ones? Are you interested in getting into shape and learning how to stay in shape? If so, then these lessons are perfect for you! We work at your pace!
Group Private Lessons- A group private lesson is the same price as a one on one lesson. So you can spilt the lesson between yourself and up to three of your friends. *Note: more than 4 people in a group private lesson will raise the cost.*
Private Lessons are available:
Monday -Thursday - 8am-9pm
Friday - 8am-7pm
Saturday - 8am-2pm
